Congratulations to one of our clients Farmbuy on joining ACM Agriculture recently.

Farmbuy is an innovative real estate listing platform designed for rural properties. It is currently used by almost 600 registered real estate agents, has over 3,700 property listings and is valued at more than $5.6 billion.

With the next generation of O’Gorman & Partners taking over, it was time for the team to reflect on their new beginnings with a new website 💻

Our goal was to provide O’Gorman & Partners with a website that could clearly convey their difference in the market and compete for premium listings.

The result: A contemporary-yet conservative design that reflected the branding position of O’Gorman & Partners. The full custom design also incorporated best-practice structural SEO and lead generation tools, sophisticated mapping, an easy content management system and responsive design.

After conducting a thorough website strategy session and uncovering the clients needs, our development team began to build the clients website.

The team at DibChidiac approached us with a brief to rebrand their current brand and website with the goal of creating a consistent, strong and memorable brand.

The process began with a strategy workshop where we began to unravel what sets DibChidiac apart and what is true to their business.

After coming up with this communication framework and their point of difference, the brand strategy was then used to help design the website and collateral to ensure consistency across all communications.

To launch, the Push team also set up a digital advertising and social media campaign with the goal of increasing awareness of the new branding.

We were approached by Go Regional to create a brand mark and visual language that aligned with the position and target audience of the brand.

After providing Go Regional with different routes, they chose Route 1, a creative route that promotes positive and happy associations with the 'smile' elements within the logo. The mark and brand language is designed to be sophisticated, with a colour palette that reflects the great Australian earth. The messaging is clean and classic with brand elements taken from the round elements of the logo that will enable memorability and recall with viewers.

This branding framework helped us to design a custom built website with a careers page that integrates with Seek, a custom login for members where they would receive email updates on their saved searches and information on suburbs populated from the recent census.

Warburton Estate Agents is the market leader in residential and commercial property across the Hunter Valley with a 43-year history of servicing the area.

Push was approached to develop a new competitive positioning that adapts the brand to the modern property market.

This required an extensive design strategy to reflect their company values, with the aim to establish the quality of a metropolitan agency in a rural area.

To reflect this, we created a custom wordmark that forms the foundation for the brand language. This translated into a suite of messaging executed through a bespoke quote mark design that was used to highlight testimonials, case studies, and brand statements.

The repositioning strategy needed to be present in every part of the company – from a solid organisational culture to clear internal communications.

We guaranteed its success by developing value-driven marketing materials that spread the messaging consistently and effectively.

The final step was to create an engaging website supported by professional photography and high-quality content. This collateral helped to execute a brand launch campaign that successfully kick started Warburton’s competitive market position.

We've been working with Fletchers since 2010, and have seen the brand through four major website refreshes. As long-term partners, Push Property was asked to provide a complete brand solution for Fletchers' centenary year brand revamp.

We knew that customer recognition would provide the best leverage for a heritage brand and that preserving this image was imperative. We needed to position Fletchers as a leading generational brand by connecting company values to those of their clients. This led to a strategy that revolves around a concept of creating ‘clients for life’ to increase user engagement across new and existing markets.

The result? Led by the brand tagline, ‘It’s A Fletchers Thing’, Push developed an ownable tone of voice and style to infuse personability and relatability into the brand. We revitalised the colour palette and combined this with bold, assertive typography and a striking pattern to differentiate from local competition. Historic imagery provided by Fletchers was exhibited in various print materials alongside this logo to illustrate the agency’s evolution and reputation. We also crafted a 100-year stamp as a seal of approval to encourage consumer trust in the brand. The final outcome was an effective rebrand that resonated with clients.
