We addressed the challenge by creating a national website strategy and platform with individual microsites for each office and the agents within. Strategically, our goal was to help Century 21 and its franchisees build on the gravitas of their national agency network, but with a renewed focus on local skills, experience and expertise.
Our in-house design & development team launched Century 21's new national brand website — with full functionality, including dedicated office websites for over 200 Century 21 franchisee offices — just 16 weeks after engagement.
We delivered a range of outcomes, including:
- Dramatic improvements in UX, functionality and key end-user site performance metrics such as Time to First Byte (TTFB) and First Contentful Paint.
- Reversal of a long-term downward trend in user acquisition and engagement.
- Seamless lead capture integration with the network's exclusive eSales CRM platform and its House Hunter membership and contact-scoring functions.
- Attending the franchisor's national conference tour to build franchisee anticipation for the upcoming website launch.
