Their 43-year history of servicing the area is built upon a solid foundation of connecting real estate agents to their clients. Push was approached to develop a new competitive positioning that adapts the brand to the modern property market. This required an extensive design strategy to reflect their company values, with the aim to establish the quality of a metropolitan agency in a rural area.
Analysing the existing brand identified several challenges – the need to connect the company's visual identity to its values, and the importance of communicating their market position and relevance. The agency required an innovative brand reinvention to realign messaging with new core values that focus on people. Positioning them as an authentic and premier brand aimed to assert relatability and create an ownable tone of voice, which builds on the established reputation of the individual agents.
